A Demonstration Farm in the Heart of Canada’s Capital
The Canada Agriculture Museum is living proof of the "Green Capital"; in fact Ottawa is the only world Capital that has a working farm at its heart. Canada's unique agricultural heritage is featured at the Canada Agriculture Museum where you can explore the sights and sounds of typical farm life.
Exhibitions located in the loft of the Dairy Barn

- Tractors looks at the "farmer's" office in the field".
This exhibition shows how the tractor has evolved from an unfamiliar oddity on Canadian farms to a commmonplace tool in less than 100 years.

Taking Care of Beesness - Opening March 1, 2010
There’s a new buzz at the Canada Agriculture Museum. Discover the essential role bees play in the pollination of many Canadian food crops such as blueberries and apples, as well as to the production of honey and many other by-products, while you explore the role and the tools of the beekeeper. Check out the Museum’s live hive arriving in May and try to find the queen among all the workers and drones.
