Quebec Honey Tin

ca 1930
2003.0002

Quebec Honey Tin

Like any other packaging, honey tins were designed to be both attractive and functional. Retail-sized containers ranged in size from two to ten pounds (0.9 to 4.5 kilograms). Lettering on the tin often featured recipes, as well as advice on how to properly store the product. This tin will be on view in the Taking Care of Beesness exhibition, along with honey tins from each of the other provinces.
