Food Grading

Although it is not mandatory to label bulk foods such as produce, meats, fish and poultry, look for signs indicating its 'grade', and where and how it was grown (such as organic, or in a greenhouse).

For example, Canada No. 1 fruits and vegetables are better shaped than Canada No. 2, but both are equally nutritious.
